The Z-vac® Micro-Particle Evacuator is a mobile “clean-room” filter which purifies air at the astounding rate of over 2,000 cubic feet per minute. It is connected to Zimek’s Micro-Mist™ Generators which automatically initiate the “Z-vac® Air Filtration Cycle” to permit the rapid reoccupation of treated rooms and vehicles following the completion of a Micro-Mist™ decontamination treatment.
Z-vac’s air filtration system employs high volume air movement through two proprietary multi-staged HEPA filters. Z-vac® is capable of removing particulate matter as small as 0.1 microns and aids in the rapid adhesion of Micro-Mist™ droplets to all surfaces contained within the treated space which are exposed to free-airflow. Zimek’s UV light emitters can also be added as an option which elevates the Z-vac® to a stand-alone decontamination filter and airborne contaminant eliminator.
- Removes airborne environmental contaminants and allergens (e.g., pollen, dust, pet
dander, and volatile organic compounds [VOCs]) and residual Micro-Mist™ droplets
from the treated enclosed environments
- Begins automatically without operator intervention at the end of a Micro-Mist™
treatment of rooms
- May also be manually initiated by the system operator during Micro-Mist™ treatment
of rooms and vehicles and as a stand-alone air filter and purifier
